How do I order?
On the website: add the product to your cart, check out, and choose Ship or Pick up. You can also order on WhatsApp: +961 79 336 207. The steps are on How to order.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +961 79 336 207, or tap Order on WhatsApp on any product page. It opens a chat with that product already in the message.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Logging in is optional and only makes checkout faster.
Can I share my cart with someone?
Yes. Once you have something in your cart, tap Share cart. Whoever opens the link you share lands on the site with the same items and quantities in their cart.
Is the website available in Arabic?
Yes. The site is in English and Arabic. Use the language button at the top of the page to switch.
Delivery and pickup
How much is delivery, and where do you deliver?
$4 per order, all over Lebanon, whatever the size of your cart.
Can I pick my order up from the shop?
Yes. Choose Pick up at checkout. It is usually ready about an hour after you order, at our shop in Bakaata, Chouf. Hours and directions are on the contact page.
Where is your shop?
Bakaata, Chouf, Lebanon. You are welcome to come by during opening hours and we will walk you through it in person. The address opens in Google Maps from the contact page.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Closed Sunday.
Payment
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay when the order reaches you.
Which currency are your prices in?
US dollars.

Yes. We sell branded goods, not copies.

How do I get your offers and new arrivals?
Enter your email in the Offers and new arrivals box at the bottom of any page. We send our offers, what just arrived and any shop news, and only when there is something worth sending.
